Ingredients
- 3 cups buttermilk.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 3 eggs.
- 1/3 cup melted butter.
- 3 cups all-purpose flour.
- 3 tbsp white sugar.
- 3/2 tsp baking soda.
- 3/4 tsp salt.
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat together the buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- In another medium bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt
- Mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pan the cakes.
